Registration and Payment

Registration

To register for our courses you can:-

• Register online, or
• Complete a registration form that we would be pleased to send you by mail or fax.

Please note - If you wish an original confirmation by air mail you can request this when you register.Formularbeginn

Provisional confirmation

Within five working days we will send you:-

• Confirmation of your registration
• A description of  the  course
• The date for payment of the course fees and our bank account details (payment is generally 2 months before the beginning of course)

Payment

Please indicate with each payment the participant name and the user number, so that the course fee can be assigned.  Normally the full course fee is to be paid.

An international credit transfer takes approx. 8-10 working-days. We cannot confirm receipt of your payment until the fee is credited to our account. In urgent cases, please fax us a copy of your confirmation slip for the transfer of funds to ensure that your course booking is not cancelled.

Final confirmation

As soon as the course fee is credited to our account, we will send you a final confirmation by fax (and the original by mail on request). This confirmation is to be needed when applying for a visa and takes the place of the "invitation".
If you want to receive the final confirmation by courier, please ask the courier company to pick up the confirmation at:-
